PURCHASE ORDERS

If possible all shipments to Har-Conn Aerospace should include the following information:

  1. Customer Name.
  2. Part Number which includes revisions and specification requirement.
  3. Quantity.
  4. Purchase order number.
  5. Har-Conn Quotation Record date.

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE / DELIVERY INFORMATION / ADDITIONAL CHARGES 

For information regarding the status of your order, please contact our customer service department.

All pricing is based upon information presented at the time of quotation. Any further cost incurred; excessive cleaning, blasting, heat scale removal, masking, outside processing, additional packaging requirements, etc. will be a cost incurred/additional charge.

A 4% COMPLIANCE FEE will be added to the total of each invoice.


PREMIUM CHARGE
In the event that you require a short delivery time, premium charges can be paid to revise our delivery schedule. We cannot guarantee this service is always available, please contact customer service to with all requests.


PACKAGING OF PARTS
All incoming shipments should be protected with returnable materials to protect against damage. Har-Conn Aerospace cannot accept the responsibility for incoming part damage due to improper packaging and/or containers. Har-Conn Aerospace cannot assume the liability for any container and/or part damage during shipment to or from Har-Conn Aerospace.


TERMS & CREDIT
All first time customer shipments will be processed on a COD basis. Upon credit approval, a credit limit will be established and payments should be made within our “standard terms and conditions of sale”.
